AWAY TRAVEL

Are you planning to follow the Gills away from home? Then why not use Club Class Travel, the official travel operator for Gillingham Football Club?

The coaches depart from Kwik Fit (Sittingbourne), The Cricketers Pub (Rainham), Priestfield Stadium and Stood Sports Centre (Coach & Horses, Strood).

Unfortunately, members discount is no longer available on away travel, which is now organised and run by Gillingham FC. We have introduced are new members monthly draw, in which members can win up to £50 to send on away travel, and Gills merchandise, each month. Further details will be viewed here.

All supporters traveling who are under the age of 16 should be accompanied by an adult.
Alcohol is
strictly forbidden, by law, on any Club Class Travel vehicle.

AWAY TRAVEL RULES AND REGULATIONS

Bayliss Executive Travel, who provide all of our coaches, are delighted to hold the "We're Good To Go" industry standard. Acquiring the Industry Standard mark means that Bayliss have followed Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, has a Risk Assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing (when required). Enhanced cleaning procedures have been implemented, with all vehicles cleaned multiple times a day, including the disinfection of all high contact areas with antiviral products and fogging systems. The coaches will adhere to the correct procedures to ensure the safety of all who travel with us. All supporters traveling with the GISC are asked/requested to follow the guidance and advice below

  • Stay at home if you, or anyone you live with has received a positive Covid-19 test result or are displaying any COVID-19 symptoms (a high temperature, new and persistent cough, or a loss of/change in sense of taste or smell), even if the symptoms are mild.
     

  • Stay at home if you need to self-isolate because you have symptoms, have recently tested positive or have been asked to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace or are required to isolate after travel.
     

  • Supporters should have respect for their fellow passengers and the GISC will not tolerate any misbehaviour traveling to, from or at matches.
     

  • Under-16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult to travel on GISC transport, unless previously agreed with the GISC.
     

  • No alcohol is permitted on the coaches.
     

  • The use of face coverings are at the digression of each passenger. The GISC recommend these are used when boarding/alighting or moving around the vehicle.
     

  • It is currently legal to use every seat, without social distancing, on coaches in England. However, if bookings allow we will continue for allow for social distancing between groups who have booked.
