Level Playing Field has launched its annual fans survey, which is looking for feedback from disabled supporters. This in-depth survey aims to collect essential feedback from fans about accessibility and inclusion at their respective clubs.

They believe that gathering a significant number of responses will help us better understand and meet the access needs of disabled supporters when attending live sports.

The survey is due to close at the end of July, so time is very limited.
